DAL CARRO DA CAVALLI AL GIN PREMIUM

In un piccolo villaggio circondato da campi e boschi, negli anni ’40 il nostro bisnonno gestiva una bottega di paese. All’alba attaccava la sua cavalla “Liesl” al carro e partiva per la città, per procurare i prodotti migliori agli abitanti del villaggio.

Quando noi – Dominik (27) e Kevin (21), i suoi pronipoti – abbiamo trovato un vecchio ricettario scritto a mano con scorze di limone essiccate, bacche di ginepro ed erbe, è stato subito chiaro: avremmo riportato l’amore artigianale del nostro bisnonno nel presente.

Il suo motto: «Solo il meglio per il mio villaggio» ci accompagna ancora oggi.
